Ekatvam at LVISN

Every star shines a little differently! To embrace neurodiversity and inclusion, EKATVAM - an inter-school event was hosted by LVISN in December, 2023. It was a heartfelt celebration of talent and inclusivity, tailored for neurodiverse and neurotypical students from classes I to XI. It was a non-competitive event designed to provide a platform for children to showcase their skills and abilities in a supportive and nurturing environment. It was heartening to witness the children and attendees unite, embracing the spirit of togetherness and celebrating diversity. The events were thoughtfully curated to allow each participant to shine in their unique way and show their talents and strengths through various activities planned such as Obstacle Course and Athletics, Skating, Yoga, Gymnastics and Singing, where the participants enchanted the audience with their melodious voices. A musical medley was presented by the school students and parent volunteers. Each performance was a testament to children's talent and passion, spreading joy and touching hearts. The grand finale was a dance performance by the students of LVISN that left everyone spellbound. Chief Guest Prof (Dr.) Nimesh G. Desai, Former Director IHBAS, Delhi a renowned psychiatrist and psychotherapist graced the occasion along with Dr Alok Bhuwan, Managing Director Manovikas Charitable Society with his presence. His insightful words of encouragement and support uplifted the spirits of the attendees, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity and providing equal opportunities for all. EKATVAM at Lotus Valley School was not just a gathering; it was a beautiful testament to the talent, resilience, and spirit of our remarkable children with special needs. It showcased their abilities, spreading awareness and fostering a more inclusive society
