As part of the STEM Fest organised by the Middle School, LVISN, an engaging and thought-provoking session named ‘Fear to Fascination’ was conducted on 18 August 2023 for students of grades VII and VIII. This event aimed to nurture and promote essential skills such as setting objective, target achievement, and strategic planning among students. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Pragya Nopany, the founder and coordinator of BVN IAPT Anveshika. Ms. Nopany, with her expertise in science education, designed innovative experiments to captivate the students' interest and explained the scientific principles behind them, giving the students a deeper understanding of the subject. The workshop not only showcased the fun side of science but also aimed to dispel any fears or reservations students may have about the subject. During the session, Ms. Nopany incorporated popular tricks to demonstrate the application of scientific principles. These experiments not only entertained the students but also piqued their curiosity and helped them see the fascinating connection between science and everyday phenomena.
