We, at LVISN, believe that students of today are the change-makers of tomorrow. Transformation in the political, social and environmental aspects rests on them. Reimagining a better future starts with our youth as they would be critical in shaping the policies and initiatives that pave the path for a just, equitable and sustainable future. In pursuit of the same, fourteen students of our school participated in the Jaipuria School MUN held on 11 and 12 August, 2023. Committees such as the G20, Lok Sabha, General Assembly, Human Rights Council, Environmental Agency, and crisis committees like the Axis War Room were simulated, where the delegates were subjected to fervent questioning and substantial research concentrated on devising sustainable solutions to the problems.
Our budding delegates made the school proud by winning a slew of accolades. LVISN congratulates the shining stars:
Nishka Gupta - Best Delegate (UNGA) and a Gift Cheque
Satvik Mendiratta - High Commendation (G20) and a Gift Cheque
Shyamli Pengoriya - Special Mention (UNGA)
Yuvraj Dutta - Special Mention (AWR)
