LVISN endeavours to provide a platform for critical dialogue to raise awareness for issues such as gender sensitivity. To this end, the middle wing of LVISN celebrated Malala Day on July 12, 2023 to salute the Nobel Laureate Malala Yousafzai, who works relentlessly for women’s right to education across the globe. Students were shown a documentary on her life and struggles, which was followed by a class discussion on gender equity, women empowerment and education for all.
Malala’s unwavering dedication and resilience continue to inspire generations to strive for a better world where education is accessible to all.
