Book Barter Bash: Spreading the Magic of Reading!
As Stephen King so aptly put it, "Books are a uniquely portable magic." Our students of Grades IX-XII embodied this spirit by organizing a Book Barter Bash on April 29, 2024, as part of World Book Day celebrations.
With anonymous book exchanges, sweet notes, and readers' insights, our students delved into a treasure trove of genres - from fantasy to contemporary classics! The notes became a catalyst for critical thinking, meaningful discussions, and a deeper appreciation for literature.
The aim? To ignite a passion for reading and explore uncharted genres, broadening their literary horizons. And what a success it was! Students were overjoyed with their new books, discovering fresh favorites and making memories to cherish. Kudos to our book-loving students for making this event a roaring success!
