Victorious Diplomacy: Our MUN Triumph!

We, at LVISN, believe that students of today are the change-makers of tomorrow. Reimagining a better future starts with our youth as they would be critical in shaping the policies and initiatives that pave the path for a just, equitable and sustainable future. In pursuit of the same, our school endlessly strives to provide an intellectual experience for our students to deliberate, defend and deliver! Sixteen students of LVISN participated in the Lotus Valley International School, Noida Extension MUN held on 17 and 18 October, 2023. Committees such as the G20, JPC, General Assembly, Human Rights Council and Security Council were simulated. Each of these committees demonstrated their preparation with fervent questioning, substantial research, and concentrated on devising sustainable solutions to problems. Yet again, with great pomp and pride we announce and present before you the students who brought laurels to our school- Hriday Singh Antal- Best Delegate (UNSC) Shyamli Pengoriya - Best Delegate (UNGA) Satvik Mendiratta - High Commendation (G20) Avi Vijh- Special Mention (International Press) Aanya Mangla- Special Mention (G20) Anumita Sawhney - Verbal Mention (UNHRC) Our budding delegates shone in the conference with their exceptional research, leadership, and diplomatic skills, bagging the coveted BEST DELEGATION TROPHY as well!
