Lotusians of VI Sirius and VI Gemini took part in an engaging assembly to raise awareness of the importance of REDUCING trash, and RECYCLING and REUSING. The assembly commenced with a soulful prayer. The audience was enthralled by the mesmerising Zumba performance on recycling, reducing and reusing. The thought of the day emphasised on doing a green act a day and making it a habit to lead an eco-friendly lifestyle. A street play was presented by the green crusaders on the hazards of plastic and pollution, its impact on flora and fauna and putting into practice the 3Rs – Reduce, Recycle and Reuse through sustainable practices. The assembly concluded with the national anthem.
